Christina Kosti

Christina Kosti is a PhD Researcher in Exercise Physiology and Performance Coach — and a former elite track & field athlete who represented Greece internationally, earning 9 national medals and qualifying as a Youth World Championship finalist.

Combining scientific training with firsthand experience in high-performance sport, she worked across strength & conditioning, sport-specific performance, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term health.

Over the past eight years, Christina has worked in Greece, the Netherlands and Switzerland, delivering evidence-based programs to 100+ individuals, from general and clinical populations to elite athletes and high-profile professionals.

Her work integrates exercise physiology, data-driven performance analysis, and real-world coaching to bridge the gap between scientific research and applied human performance.

Her mission is to help individuals achieve peak performance, sustainable health, and longevity.
